Your Role & Responsibilities
Effectively maintain and build working relationships with coworkers and clients
Ensure client satisfaction on delivery of services that results in customer reference or more services
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and clients
Assist clients in defining ERP & CRM implementation project objectives and scope
Examine and understand our clients current business processes
Accept responsibility for all deliverables delivered as per project plan / SOW with customer approvals
Provides general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all project-related inquiries
Lead business process mapping sessions, including company setup, lead to quote, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, items management, design to build, service & support and record to report business processes
Provide training to subject matter experts and end-users
Your Qualifications
Strong knowledge in one or more disciplines like service & support, design, manufacturing and accounting processes
High self-confidence and stability under pressure
3 + years of demonstrated expertise in NetSuite systems, and the consulting industry
At least 2 + years experience with enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP
At least 2 + years experience in practical accounting or the operational role(s), related to Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and/or Financial Reporting
